Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year College or university; or four or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive knowledge of material handling equipment products/services.
Self-motivation with the ability to work without direct supervision.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to maintain good customer and member relations.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support all Territory Managers and Product Support Sales Representatives in the region who sell equipment, parts, and services to our customers.
Drive the sales team to success, all in an effort to ensure our customers can count on us to provide them top-notch equipment for their businesses.
Build, coach, and lead the sales team.
Establish sales strategies.
Track sales results.
Interact with customers.
Identify new sales targets.
