About The Position

This is a full-time role located in Calgary, AB, with available shifts including 1st Shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM). The compensation for this role is $21.30/hr.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be 18-year-old and above
• Ability and willingness to work in a refrigerated work environment (0 to 4 degrees Celsius)
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working with pork and beef

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift

Responsibilities

• Hand selects orders within cold warehouse environment
• Stack products on pallets in accordance with customer selecting procedures and place appropriate shipping placard to pallet
• Operate stand-up forklift to transport products
• Frequently lift products weigh 1-60 pounds
• Shrink-wrap product on loading dock
• Attend all required start-up and safety meetings
• Adherence to Cargill’s work practices and procedures and immediately advise unsafe conditions to the supervisor
• Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely operate all mechanical equipment
• Other duties may be assigned
