About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator (sit-down) to join our team in Oroville, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with 10-hour shifts. You will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets, supporting the production flow in a plastic bag manufacturing environment. Your duties will also include loading/unloading trucks, staging materials for machine operators, and assisting with general labor, cleaning, and organizing as needed. This role involves repetitive work in a fast-paced production floor environment with moderate noise.

Requirements

• 2+ years manufacturing/production warehouse experience
• 2+ years sit-down forklift experience
• Valid sit-down forklift certification
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around plastics, machinery, and warehouse noise
• Able to pass drug and background check

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets
