Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good math skills and accurate record-keeping abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
- Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move finished goods and raw materials throughout the facility
- Supply production lines with materials needed to keep operations running efficiently
- Store finished products in the warehouse while maintaining proper stock rotation
- Scan barcodes, track inventory movements, and complete required documentation
- Inspect materials and products for quality concerns and report issues as needed
- Transport pallets, packaging materials, and other warehouse supplies
- Operate stretch-wrap equipment and battery changing equipment when required
- Assist with unloading deliveries and returned pallets
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support teammates and assist in other areas as business needs require
