About The Position
Imperial Brady is hiring a Forklift Operator in Franklin, MA to support its warehouse group. The role replenishes racks and moves pallets to alternate locations to fulfill bins for Order Selectors. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to finish, with required overtime availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent.
- 2 years of warehouse distribution experience.
- 2 years of stand-up forklift experience.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted.
- Availability for required overtime.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and use of other warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the drop-down of pallets.
- Replenish bins.
- Cut pallets.
- Wrap pallets.
- Pull empty pallets from slots.
