Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Safety-first mindset; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience
Forklift license/certification (or forklift experience)
Familiarity with material-handling equipment and RF scanning
Basic math skills and inventory accuracy experience
Strong understanding of OSHA and safe warehouse practices

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift and/or hand truck to move product safely and efficiently
Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy
Pick, wrap, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
Move materials to workstations, pick-up locations, and staging areas
Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
Inspect and complete basic maintenance checks on forklifts/material handling equipment
Consolidate partial pallets and organize incoming goods
Follow quality standards, customer service expectations, and warehouse procedures
Identify and report safety hazards; follow OSHA and site safety rules
