About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation. This position requires a self-starter who is organized, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Certified and experienced operating both Sit-Down and Reach Truck Forklifts
• Previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing
• Experience using RF scanners/RF guns
• Previous shipping experience, including BOL creation, freight organization, and truck loading
• Previous receiving experience, including unloading trucks, checking in materials, and handling purchase orders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Valid Driver's License (MVA record check required)

Responsibilities

• Operate both Sit-Down and Reach Truck Forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Use RF scanners (RF guns) for inventory and order processing
• Handle shipping functions, including: Rate shopping carriers, Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs), Loading trucks, Organizing freight for shipment
• Receive incoming shipments by: Unloading trucks, Verifying and checking in materials, Processing purchase orders (POs)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
