Forklift Operator
About The Position
Hanline Foods is looking for a Forklift Operator to work at our Shelby, OH location. This role involves operating and managing technical equipment, managing inventory using RF scanning equipment, and adhering to safety management standards. The operator will be responsible for transporting materials within the facility, preparing pallets for shipment, and loading/unloading fresh produce in compliance with USDA, FDA, BRC, and Company regulations. The work environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, located in a factory/warehouse setting that is kept at a cooler temperature. Punctuality and full shift attendance are expected.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/day
- Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week

- Factory/warehouse will be at cooler setting everyday.
- Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.
