About The Position

We are hiring a Forklift Operator for a full-time 2nd shift position in Perrysville, OH. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, safety-focused individual with forklift experience who is looking for steady weekday work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials throughout the facility while supporting daily warehouse and production operations.

Requirements

Previous forklift experience preferred.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials as required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and transport materials and products.
Move materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility.
Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed.
Properly stage and organize materials, products, and inventory.
Assist with inventory control and material organization.
Follow proper forklift operating procedures and all company safety policies.
Perform routine checks of forklift equipment and report any safety or equipment concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and team members.
Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
Follow all company procedures and maintain a strong focus on workplace safety.
