About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is growing and looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our 1st Shift team in Bloomsburg, PA. This position is ideal for someone with previous forklift experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will play an important role in keeping materials moving efficiently between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.

Requirements

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift required
• Ability to safely load, unload, stack, stage, and transport materials
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of a physically active warehouse position, including: Frequently getting on and off forklift equipment throughout the shift Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout warehouse and production areas Handling and moving materials as required Working around active manufacturing and warehouse equipment Performing duties safely for the duration of the scheduled shift

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred; qualified candidates must be willing to complete company-required training/certification

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and incoming/outgoing materials
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies to designated locations
• Stage materials for production, warehouse, and shipping needs
• Maintain safe and organized material storage areas
• Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections
• Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly
• Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate material placement
• Support general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines
• Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and other team members to keep operations running efficiently
