We’re looking for skilled and dependable Forklift Operators who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing warehouse environment. Purpose of Position: Operate power equipment to safely handle product while performing receiving and/or shipping processes. Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all material handling operations.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain material handling equipment certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and reaching overhead.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating forklifts preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Use RF scan devices to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer-specific instructions.
• Complete required documentation (receiving tickets, pick lists, load reports).
• Inspect inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and daily stretching routines.
