About The Position
Forklift Operator - All Shifts! PLZ Corp is hiring Forklift Operators for our Pacific facility. In this role, you will play an important part in keeping production moving by making sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time. Compensation is based on experience, with additional pay for off-shifts. At PLZ, we want employees to build a career, not simply take a job.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and follow all PLZ safety requirements
- Learn to efficiently and accurately use WMS handheld scanners
- Read and understand pick lists to identify materials and components needed for production
- Locate materials throughout the warehouse and deliver them to production lines and staging areas
- Properly scan materials while following FIFO inventory procedures
- Move unused materials from production areas to designated return locations
- Warehouse returned or adjusted products and accurately update inventory using handheld scanners
- Verify pallet tags, quantities, and part numbers for accuracy
- Operate pallet wrapping equipment and make sure pallets are properly secured before warehousing or shipping
- Stage finished goods and accurately scan inventory movements
- Help maintain forklifts, batteries, battery chargers, and propane tanks
- Complete required daily forklift inspections
- Change forklift batteries and propane tanks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using PLZ 5S standards and SOPs
