About The Position

Join our team as a dedicated Forklift Operator on 2nd shift (Monday – Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am and overtime on Saturdays as required) where you are a critical part of our operation. In this entry-level role, you will safely operate a forklift for a minimum of seven hours daily and other material handling equipment to move product throughout the warehouse, load and unload trailers, and support an efficient, organized production flow. This position has an hourly rate of $20.60 per hour.

Requirements

2 or more years of prior sit-down forklift, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
Comfortable handling weight of at least 2,500 lbs; must understand counterbalance/tilt-back
Experience using an RF scanner or warehouse management system (WMS) (required)
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand instructions, schedules, and requests in English.
Basic math and counting skills for accurate inventory and order handling.
Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Team player who works well with others and maintains a positive, safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to move product throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload materials from trailers, ensuring proper handling and product integrity.
Efficiently move and stage materials in and around the department as needed.
Complete loading and inventory documentation accurately, adhering to Hazmat rules where applicable.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5S and housekeeping standards.
Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and all plant policies and procedures.
