About The Position

Ascend Staffing is seeking dedicated Forklift Operators for a warehouse associate role in Sunnyvale, TX. This position offers weekly pay of $19.00 per hour, with direct deposit and debit card payment options. Requirements

• Warehouse Associate experience preferred
• GED / High School Diploma
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work in the US
• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
• Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 or more pounds regularly
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
• Excellent attendance with a stable work history
• Able to work as an active member of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload pallets and products
• Perform general labor duties as required
• Move items around warehouse
• Carefully handle fragile merchandise
• Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times
• Categorize and label merchandise according to size, shape, and type
• Prepare all orders for shipment
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• Operate appropriate warehouse machinery (for example, forklift)
• Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipping
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
