About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock within a warehouse environment. The role includes case picking and moving products with powered equipment, loading and unloading shipments, and using equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks. The work environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a weekend day shift. Pay is $20.00 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential. The position is located at 5600 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas.

Requirements

• Previous experience with an RF scanner.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
• Six months of forklift operation experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of warehouse experience.
• Previous forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other powered equipment for 80% of the specified shift.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Maintain records and reports to support inventory accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy, count, stability, and product condition, and report variances as necessary.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources as necessary.
• Keep facility equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
