About The Position
Forklift Operators are needed to play an important role in safely and efficiently moving materials and finished products while being part of a team building the future of Dart Container’s expanding Leola Campus. Requirements
- Six (6) months relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
- Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience operating a clamp truck
Responsibilities
- Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
- Follow safety regulations and quality standards
- Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials
- Manage customer requirements and storage logistics
- Ensure damage-free stacking of products
- Coordinate with departments for effective inventory management
