About The Position

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a qualified Forklift Operator for a large facility in Salem, OR. The role involves safely moving materials from conveyor belts to the perimeter of the facility using a forklift. This position offers significant growth potential with internal promotions. The schedule is Monday to Saturday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime pay available. This is a second-chance employer position.

Requirements

• At least 6+ months of prior forklift operator experience.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to consent to a background check.
• Willing to consent to a drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Understanding of safety compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Front-End Loader certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely move materials from conveyor belts to the perimeter of the facility using a forklift.
• Perform daily equipment safety inspections.
• Communicate mechanical issues to the maintenance department for repair.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
