About The Position

Relief Factor is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Fulfillment Center team in Kirkland. You'll help keep our fulfillment operation running safely and efficiently. Your day will include forklift operation, inventory movement, receiving, and order fulfillment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of forklift operating experience
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to work the Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule
Pre-employment drug screening is required; marijuana is not included in the screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
Familiarity with FEFO/FIFO inventory practices
Experience working in a fulfillment center, distribution center, or warehouse
Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

Safely operate Class 1 forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
Receive, inspect, unload, and put away incoming shipments
Load and unload deliveries
Move inventory to designated warehouse locations
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Verify order accuracy and complete shipping documentation
Complete required equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures
Work with the fulfillment team to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time
