About The Position

We are hiring Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Training is provided for this role. The Forklift Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials around the warehouse and storage yard using forklifts and pallet jacks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement and stable work.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check, including a criminal and motor vehicle check, and a drug screen
Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting pick per hour goals.
Be dependable and reliable to work Monday through Friday for the assigned shift

Responsibilities

Load and unload inventory safely using sit-down forklifts and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Pick and Stage Orders using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Occasional use of Pallet Jack, Electric
Occasional use of a wrapping machine
Verify accuracy, verifying SKUs, checking for damages, and updating inventory by accurately completing shipping/receiving logs, BOLs (Bills of Lading), and inventory records.
Move Tractor-Trailers around the distribution warehouse area
Maintain a clean and organized workspace efficiently and perform down-stocking to ensure smooth inventory flow.
