About The Position

Temp StaffUp is seeking an EXPERIENCED forklift operator for a large and busy 3rd Party Logistics company in Franklin, IL. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a pay rate of $25/hour. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM. The role involves loading and unloading various products, operating warehouse equipment, and utilizing inventory systems. Candidates must demonstrate forklift experience through an onsite driving test and pass a background and drug screening.

Requirements

• MINIMUM of 5 Years of Experience with both Sit-down and Stand-Up forklift
• Reach Forklift: 5+ years (Required)
• MUST PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING
• Demonstrate forklift experience through a small driving test onsite

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading various products
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners)
• Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
• Understanding of safety practices and OSHA guidelines
• Ability to lift heavy items (typically 25–75 lbs)
• Stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or outdoor environments)
