About The Position

The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to be responsible for areas of warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup. This role involves maintaining health and safety compliance, preparing orders by pulling accurate materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory controls. The position also requires organizing the warehouse, managing bin locations, and establishing high standards of customer service. Ensuring equipment is maintained to company operating standards and the ability to operate a forklift are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience or more is preferred.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must wear protective gear and steel-toed boot.
• Will frequently move about inside the warehouse.
• Must be able to operate warehouse machinery.
• Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Constantly working in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to manage stress depending on tasks.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be able to receive information.
• Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur.
• Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities
