About The Position

Levitate Music Festival is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our seasonal site operations team for festival build and breakdown. This is a hands-on position that combines forklift operation with general labor and event site setup. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment and willing to assist wherever needed during festival production.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Hoisting License required
• Prior forklift operating experience required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours outdoors
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help with all aspects of production

Nice To Haves

• Experience with events, construction, or site operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely around active build sites
• Load, unload, and move materials, including but not limited to pallets, staging, fencing, tents, and misc equipment
• Assist with general festival setup and breakdown
• Help site crews with manual labor and logistics tasks
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and directions from site managers
