About The Position

Charger Logistics USA Inc. is currently looking for an experienced fork-lift driver plus cross docking individual to add to our existing team of drivers. Applicants must be detail oriented and closely follow rules and instructions. Applicants must be experienced fork-lift operators, preferably certified.

Requirements

Detail oriented
Closely follow rules and instructions
Experienced fork-lift operators
Steel toed boots
Comfortable lifting upto 50 lbs
Comfortable working in hot environments
Proper loading and unloading techniques

Nice To Haves

Certified fork-lift operator
Cross docking experience
Valid Forklift License

Responsibilities

Operating a forklift with the most care to ensure efficiency and safety
Driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities
Ensuring that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency
Boxing and labeling products for distribution
Loading and unloading materials into trucks utilizing the forklift for shipping and receiving
Pushing and pulling carts and dollies with material as well as sorting and packing material for delivery
Accurately checking in-bound pallets and accurately storing the pallets in the racks in the warehouse
Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimizing space utilization
Inspecting cargo areas for cleanliness or condition
Moving materials, equipment, or supplies
Loading shipments, belongings, or materials
Operating vehicles or material-moving equipment
Positioning material handling equipment
Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers
Operating and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment
Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules and regulations
