They are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join their Order Fulfillment team, ideal for someone with warehouse experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to high standards of safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of forklift operating experience.
• Valid forklift certification (Reach Truck certification is an asset).
• Warehouse, order picking, and packing experience.
• Ability to work in a controlled-temperature environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Nice To Haves

• Reach Truck certification

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move, retrieve, and store finished goods throughout the warehouse and freezer.
• Support order fulfillment by preparing, wrapping, weighing, loading, and unloading products.
• Maintain inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety, GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.

Benefits

• Wage Progression Eligible: Starting rate $20.50/hour; $21.25/hour at 6 months, $22.00/hour at 12 months
