About The Position

The Forklift Operator safely and efficiently moves materials to support productivity and operations. The role involves transporting raw materials, finished products, and supplies between storage, production, and shipping areas; loading and unloading trucks; and coordinating with warehouse and production teams to support workflow and inventory accuracy. The operator inspects equipment, records material movements, follows safety protocols, and helps organize warehouse space.

The listed schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The posting also refers to reliably working a second-shift schedule in its minimum qualifications.

Requirements

• Valid forklift operator certification or license.
• At least 2 years of forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule reliably, as stated in the qualifications.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety standards and protocols.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in durable goods manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Additional certifications related to workplace safety or equipment operation.

Responsibilities
