About The Position
Epson is seeking Forklift Operators for their 2nd Shift. This role involves operating equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers in a large distribution center. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, Day 1 benefits, an annual bonus, paid equipment certification, and opportunities for career growth within a clean, modern facility.
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners preferred
- No forklift experience is required. We will train you!
Responsibilities
- Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment
- Loading and unloading trailers and containers
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
- Performing putaway of inbound shipments
- Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures
- Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area
