About The Position

Forklift Operators (REACH TRUCK) in Warehouse. This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week, specifically for the 2nd shift (1pm - 9:30pm). The role involves operating a stand-up reach truck, working in a cooler/freezer environment, and utilizing warehouse equipment and scanning devices to manage inventory. The position requires reliability, a commitment to safety, and the ability to meet productivity levels in a fast-paced setting. Additional duties may include shrink-wrapping product and building pallets. All necessary training will be provided by MLCo.

Requirements

Full Time (40 + Hours per week)
2nd shift needed
Must have Reach Truck experience.
6 months of recent Forklift Operator experience within the past 12 months (stand-up reach truck required)
Good understanding of a WMS
1 year warehouse experience required
Must be a reliable team player
Must be able to work 1pm - 9:30pm
Must be punctual and reliable
Requires to work in a Cooler/Freezer.
Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend for 8 hours
Requires lifting, 5-50lbs.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or Equivalent
electric pallet runner preferred

Responsibilities

Operate a stand-up reach truck.
Work in a Cooler/Freezer environment.
Stand, walk, and bend for 8 hours.
Lift 5-50lbs.
Become certified on warehouse electrical equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks/runners.
Adhere to MLCo safety policies and procedures and promote awareness.
Meet minimum efficiency productivity levels and work at a constant pace for the entire shift.
Use the MX7 Scanning Device to pick and receive product.
Accurately use forklift and electric pallet runner.
Attend all company meetings.
Shrink wrap product on loading dock.
Accurately build pallets from bottom up with high quality structure.
Work independently of direct supervision.
Work overtime and holidays when needed.
Interact and communicate with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner.
Pass our equipment assessment using a Reach Truck at time of interview.
Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screening, Background Check, Physical Abilities Test).
