About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator at 5600 Mark IV Parkway in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves case picking and moving products with powered equipment in a team-oriented, fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment. Operators move stock between warehouse areas and load and unload shipments of various sizes, using equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

The position is scheduled for weekend days, Friday through Sunday, from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $20.00 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential. Forklift operators use powered equipment for 80% of the specified shift and are responsible for accurate, safe handling of products and materials.

Requirements

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Six months of warehouse experience, preferred.
• Six months of forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other powered equipment for 80% of the specified shift.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Maintain appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy, count, stability, and product condition; report variances as necessary.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources as necessary.
• Keep facility equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
