About The Position

This is a forklift role requiring the operation of various equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within a plant, office, or warehouse. The position may involve maintaining records and developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific skill area, process, or method. The role requires applying basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks following prescribed steps, adhering to quality guidelines, and working under general to limited supervision. General computer skills are also necessary.

Requirements

• 1+ year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.
• General computer skills.
• Must be able to lift and/or move over 50 lbs.
• Must have forklift operating skills.
• DT required.

Nice To Haves

• Receiving experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Has basic skills training in an analytical / scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production).

Responsibilities

• Performs and operates in a metrics-driven environment.
• Utilizes general computer skills.
