About The Position
Epson is seeking Forklift Operators for their 2nd Shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training and certification will be provided for those new to operating forklifts or warehouse equipment. The role involves operating material handling equipment, loading/unloading, picking/packing/shipping orders, performing putaway, ensuring safety compliance, and participating in cycle counts.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work safely
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- No forklift experience required - we will train you
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus
Responsibilities
- Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided)
- Loading and unloading trailers and containers
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
- Performing putaway of inbound shipments
- Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures
- Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area
