About The Position

As a Forklift Operator at Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc., you will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving material shipments and pulling, preparing, and securing materials for scheduled jobs. The work is physical and is classified as heavy work. The role supports accurate order processing, safe product handling, and timely shipping.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and/or move upwards of 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to read work orders and pick lists and/or understand verbal work instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse operations experience.
• Prior powered material handling equipment experience and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight onto and from containers and trailers.
• Verify inbound deliveries against manifests for product and quantity accuracy.
• Use RF scanners to pick and/or pack customer orders, ensuring the type and quantity of components are accurate.
• Select and construct appropriate packaging materials to ensure products are safely transported to their destinations.
• Use RF scanners, computers, and scales to process orders for shipment.
• Maintain facility equipment by performing daily safety inspections and monitoring power supply.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Perform stock counts.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
