About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a Forklift Operator for a warehouse team. The role supports inventory flow throughout the facility by operating a reach truck to replenish pick locations, put incoming products away in reserve storage, and position inventory accurately to meet customer demand. The operator works with warehouse management systems and high-bay racking, contributing to product availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with overtime and weekend work as needed, including during high-volume periods.

Requirements

Ability to use hand and powered tools to perform job functions.
Ability to obtain a license to operate all types of powered equipment within 90 days.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to walk, stand, pull, and climb for extended periods.
Ability to frequently lift 20–45 pounds and occasionally lift 45–75 pounds.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, including during high-volume periods.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Ability to work with colleagues at different levels, with a focus on customer service.
Warehouse experience is preferred.
