About The Position

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators / Pallet Repair & Utility Associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role will involve forklift operation, pallet repair, and general utility support to help maintain efficient warehouse operations. Candidates should be safety-minded, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong work ethic and reliability required
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet repair, construction, or general labor is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Repair and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools
• Perform general utility and warehouse support duties as needed
• Inspect pallets for damage and ensure quality standards are met
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support production goals in a fast-paced setting
