About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team on the night shift. This role is crucial for supporting our daily operations by moving and staging materials, delivering them to the production floor, and maintaining warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, possess basic computer skills, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also be responsible for basic forklift maintenance and ensuring warehouse cleanliness. This position offers a competitive hourly wage, quarterly profit sharing, and opportunities for pay increases twice a year. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience and prior forklift operation required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of forklift experience
• Strong safety awareness and focus on quality
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and light maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Operate gas and/or electric forklifts to move and stage materials
• Deliver materials to the production floor to support daily operations
• Sort, weigh, and organize materials in the warehouse
• Use a computer to enter data and complete inventory/production reports
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and support warehouse cleanliness
• Assist production team members as needed throughout the shift
