About The Position

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking skilled and motivated Forklift Operators to join their warehouse operations team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely maneuvering forklifts to ensure products are loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored accurately. This role plays a crucial part in the supply chain, contributing to the company's global delivery of excellence. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with a shift differential and eligibility for a bi-weekly productivity bonus.

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• A true team player who works toward common goals
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
• Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
