About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock within a warehouse environment, load and unload shipments, and move products using powered equipment. The role includes case picking and operating forklifts or other power equipment in a team-oriented, fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Operators use powered equipment for 80% of the specified shift and contribute to accurate inventory and shipment preparation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience operating a Crown stand-up forklift.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
• Six months of forklift operation experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience using an RF scanner.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other powered equipment for 80% of the specified shift.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Maintain records and reports to support inventory accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy, including load count, stability, and product condition, and report variances as needed.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources as necessary.
• Keep facility equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform case picking and move products with powered equipment.
