2nd Shift Stand-Up Forklift Operator Monday-Friday
About The Position
CJ Logistics America is seeking skilled and motivated Forklift Operators for their warehouse operations. The role involves safely maneuvering forklifts to load, unload, pick, and store products, making a tangible impact on the supply chain. The position offers a pay range of $20.28 per hour plus a $.50 per hour shift differential and is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus. The schedule is for the 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, from 2:30 pm to 11 pm. Candidates must be able to complete an application online and must have the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
Requirements
- 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
- Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently

Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
- Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
- Jump in with manual case picking when directed
- Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
- Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
- Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
- Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
