About The Position

CMC is hiring a Forklift Operator to support manufacturing operations. The role involves following safety procedures, maintaining clean and organized work areas, operating hand and power tools, working in kilns, setting up forms, and loading or unloading finished materials on trucks. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Time-management skills and an understanding of the urgency of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks.
• Work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
