About The Position

Plastipak is hiring experienced Forklift Operators in Newark, Ohio. The role safely and efficiently moves and stores raw materials and finished goods between warehouse and production areas. The schedule is a 12-hour day shift, 6:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., following a rotating pattern of three days on, two days off, two days on, and three days off. Pay is $19 per hour and up, with the starting rate based on experience and qualifications. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks for Shipping & Receiving.
• Use an RF scanner to scan goods and maintain inventory records properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
