Quality Sales Food Service, an Affiliate of Charlie’s Produce, is seeking a Forklift Operator. Charlie's Produce is a privately owned wholesale produce company and the largest privately owned produce wholesaler on the West Coast. Requirements

• Communication skills and detail oriented.
• Must have basic math comprehension skills.
• Must be safety minded.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
• Must comply with Physical Demands of Forklift Operator
• Ability to work on your own with a detailed list of tasks to accomplish during shift.
• Standup or Sit-down forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift
• Receive and check incoming products
• Properly identify product and ensure quality of product
• Offload trucks using equipment such as forklift or pallet jack
• Store product in assigned slot
• Conduct replenishments and put-aways
• Cycle product based on date (FIFO)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety regulations, follow company safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
