Requirements

  • Must meet legal drinking age requirements.
  • Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights).
  • Able to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification provided).
  • Capable of working at heights, including climbing ladders and stairs.
  • Able to work in environments with noise and vibration while wearing required PPE (safety footwear, eye protection, hearing protection, bump cap, etc.).
  • Basic computer skills or ability to learn warehouse/production systems (e.g., HighJump, MS Office).
  • Willing to follow all Standard Operating Procedures and company safety/quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment while adhering to all safety, quality, and HACCP standards.
  • Supply production lines with required materials and ensure smooth flow of packaging operations.
  • Move, store, and load/unload raw materials and finished goods using warehouse equipment and tablet-based inventory systems.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment such as the can de-palletizer, baler, and stretch wrapper, including basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment in line with 5S and HACCP requirements.
  • Perform routine equipment upkeep, including daily battery checks and general warehouse maintenance.
  • Report damages, follow quality control procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
