About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock within a warehouse environment. The role involves loading and unloading shipments of various sizes and using powered equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks. The environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused.

The position is on the second shift, 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. Pay is $20 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift premium. Core responsibilities include case picking and moving products with powered equipment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience operating a Crown stand-up forklift.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Six months of forklift operation experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience using an RF scanner.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other powered equipment for 80% of the specified shift.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Keep appropriate records and reports to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy, including load count, stability, and product condition, and report variances as necessary.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources as necessary.
• Maintain facility equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Pick cases and move products using powered equipment.
