About The Position

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Forklift Operator to start with our Operations (Stocking) team in La Vergne, TN. The role involves connecting people to content and being part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

Drug and physical screening prior to start
Certification as an equipment operator or ability to be certified
1 year work experience in at least one previous job
6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Nice To Haves

Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.
Exposure to wide range of temperatures
Ability to successfully complete forklift certification process

Responsibilities

Operate forklift and use radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.
Move stock as assigned.
Sign out forklift after completing daily safety checklist.
Report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Stack product physically onto and off of pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.
Load and unload trucks.
