About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring part-time Forklift Operators at its Little Rock, Arkansas service center. The role involves safely moving various types of freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. Operators use a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock. The position starts at $22.99 per hour and offers one week of vacation after 90 days of employment, along with a benefits package.

Requirements

• Forklift experience.
• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experience.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read and interact with a computer display.
• Dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
