Summary Our Dundalk facility is seeking a reliable and safety-focused forklift operator (forklift certified) to support plant-wide production. This role services all manufacturing within the facility, ensuring finished goods and materials are moved efficiently, accurately, and safely to maintain overall plant flow. This is a plant-level position that plays a critical role in supporting production, inventory control, and outbound logistics in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Valid forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification upon hire)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Demonstrated teamwork and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday on afternoons
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment throughout the facility
  • Load and unload trucks in accordance with shipping schedules and plant requirements
  • Stage, move, and organize finished goods from multiple production areas within the facility
  • Verify product quantities, pallet configuration, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy
  • Support inventory control through proper tracking, scanning, and material organization
  • Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Remove waste to energy and recycling materials throughout the shift
  • Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to ensure seamless material flow across the plant
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
