Summary Our Dundalk facility is seeking a reliable and safety-focused forklift operator (forklift certified) to support plant-wide production. This role services all manufacturing within the facility, ensuring finished goods and materials are moved efficiently, accurately, and safely to maintain overall plant flow. This is a plant-level position that plays a critical role in supporting production, inventory control, and outbound logistics in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Valid forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification upon hire)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Demonstrated teamwork and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
Comfortable working Monday to Friday on afternoons
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required

Nice To Haves

Previous shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment throughout the facility
Load and unload trucks in accordance with shipping schedules and plant requirements
Stage, move, and organize finished goods from multiple production areas within the facility
Verify product quantities, pallet configuration, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy
Support inventory control through proper tracking, scanning, and material organization
Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas to ensure safe and efficient operations
Remove waste to energy and recycling materials throughout the shift
Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to ensure seamless material flow across the plant
Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
