Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Lull Lift and Telehandler forklift operation experience
Proven Lull Lift and Telehandler expertise
Sharp attention to detail and industrial equipment familiarity
Safety-first mindset
Clear sight for detailed work, computer screens, and navigating our dynamic work environment
Ability to engage in conversations and respond to safety alerts
Strong verbal skills for team collaboration
Skilled forklift and similar equipment operation
Occasional carrying up to 25lbs, lifting up to 50lbs, plus pushing, pulling, sitting, standing, and walking in varied environments
Current US work authorization required (visa sponsorship not available for this position)

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid forklift certification preferred
Must pass our forklift training program or demonstrate safe handling skills in our onsite test

Responsibilities

Identify and transport materials to and from machines, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas with precision
Work with production schedules and shipping orders to ensure the right materials get to the right place at the right time
Operate gasoline or electric-powered trucks, cars, and tractors
Apply your understanding of machine loading capacity and scheduling for maximum efficiency
Use protective materials and strapping equipment to secure loads, then safely dispose of waste materials
Operate forklifts, lift beams, hoists, and elevating platforms to load, unload, and stack materials
Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, and transport vehicles
Report material or transportation issues to supervisors and service equipment as needed
Manage and organize drums, skids, pallets, and supplies in designated areas
Take on additional duties that support our mission of excellence
