Forklift Operator (Days)
About The Position
Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles. The role operates industrial vehicles and equipment, transports raw materials, full goods, and/or finished goods to designated areas, and loads and unloads designated trailers and/or route trucks. The operator ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures and manually moves products and/or materials as required. The position is located at 4800 Houston, TX (NorthPoint). The schedule is 4:30 AM–5:00 PM on a 2-2-3 flex schedule. Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.60 per hour based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of general work experience required.
- Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of prior warehouse, stocking, or forklift experience preferred.
- Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment is a plus.
