About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize products throughout the facility. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, productivity, teamwork, and reliability are essential. Candidates should have hands-on forklift experience and be comfortable working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.

Requirements

Previous forklift operating experience is required.
Ability to safely handle and transport materials of various sizes and types.
Strong attention to detail and a safety-focused approach to work.
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Load and unload trailers while preventing damage to products and equipment.
Move, stage, and store inventory in designated locations.
Retrieve and transport products to support daily orders and production requirements.
Complete required equipment inspections and safety checks before operating machinery.
Report equipment problems, damaged materials, and safety concerns to supervisors.
Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production and shipping goals.
