About The Position

Endries International Inc. has openings for 1st Shift Forklift Operators in our Sheffield, OH location! The starting wage is $17.36 per hour. We provide flexible scheduling, a clean work environment and benefits for full-time associates! As a Forklift Operator (cherry picker/stand-up forklift) your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and stage it at the lanes so we can get it out the door and to our customers; on time! In this role you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour and will be required to lift packages up to 50 lbs. for an entire 8 hour shift. Previous forklift (cherry picker) experience is required.

Requirements

• Previous forklift (cherry picker) experience is required.
• Ability to stand for your entire shift.
• Not have a fear of heights.
• Strong attendance record.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate
• Computer experience and prior RF scanner experience is a plus

Responsibilities
