As a Forklift Operator, you’ll help keep products moving safely and efficiently throughout the plant. You’ll support daily order picking, storage, staging, and distribution activities while helping the logistics team meet customer and production needs. Requirements

Safe, reliable forklift operation skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and food safety requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced logistics environment
Ability to use proper lifting techniques and support physical warehouse tasks
Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and accurate product handling
Pass a post-offer background check and drug screen
Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
Be available for overtime and weekend work when needed
Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is required
Willingness to rotate between logistics support tasks as assigned by plant leadership
Stand Up Forklift required

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain a forklift safely while following plant, USDA, SQF, and SMP guidelines
Retrieve product from cooler storage racks and prepare it for distribution using FIFO and customer requirements
Use scanning devices to track product movement and inventory accurately
Consolidate and re-palletize product once cooling requirements are met
Pull product from the production floor to the cooler and transfer packaging materials as needed
Support logistics office coverage, communicate with drivers and schedulers, and track special orders
Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, QC records, and teamwork across the logistics area
